General Description
In this simulation, we are changing the ionic concentrations inside and outside a single neuron. We also have the ability to change the conductance (g) of the ion channels carrying their respective ions.

You can change ion concentrations and conductance values with sliders. You can also change the initial resting membrane potential of the neuron with the V0 (mV) box.

You can also change the playback speed of the simulation. When you hit Update, the simulation will run with the values defined by the sliders. Defined ion concentrations are displayed to the right of each slider.
Importantly, we've applied TTX to the bathing medium.

Start the exercise with the pre-set concentrations. However, initially set the conductance (g) values for Na, Cl, and Ca to zero. Keep K conductance at normal.

Hit Update.
