General Description

Here, you will inject current into a single neuron for 200 milliseconds. You control how much current to inject. The injected current trace is shown on the bottom, left plot. The neuron's response is shown on the top, left plot. 

​

You control the amount of injected current with the bottom, right plot.

 

If your current injection produces an action potential, then you will see that action potential on an expanded time scale on the top, right plot. 

​

Finally, you can change the level of Na and K conductance with the control panel. Start with normal conductance values.
