 Get Started and make sure initial conditions are correct

  • Type runXoltolRun in the Matlab command window.

  • Select Exercise Five button.

  • You will manipulate neuronal parameters with the xolotol puppeteer.

Please complete Exercise Five:

This one's tough, but only has one question. Your simulation has 4 neurons. The puppeteer enables you to inject current in each neuron. Current injection parameters are found under the Parameters tab of the puppeteer. The puppeteer also lets you change the strength of each synapse. Synapse parameters are found under the Synapses tab.​
